This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is an integral part of the website and its content, if and to the extent provided or otherwise made available in any way and from time to time by DigiHeritage, a project funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ Programme under Grant Agreement No. 101246403 (“DigiHeritage”), to the visitor and/or user of the website (“user”). This Policy governs privacy and related matters when using the website and its content of DigiHeritage and how a user can exercise its rights regarding its Personal Data, according to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or otherwise related laws and regulations.

The DigiHeritage website and its content and tools, available on https://digiheritage.org/, are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Website.”

By accessing, browsing, or using the website (which includes without limitation any services, whether from DigiHeritage or third parties), the user acknowledges that the user has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If a user does not agree to this Policy or the compliance obligations, please do not use the DigiHeritage Website.

For purposes concerning this Policy, the website is owned and operated by AB Corporation and Fermento and applicable to the benefit of DigiHeritage. When a user subscribes to the newsletter of DigiHeritage, the user provides its name and e-mail address to receive the newsletter.

This Policy is exclusively governed by the laws of Belgium. Any and all disputes that may arise with respect to this Policy will be referred exclusively to the competent court in Bruxelles.
